Overview
As part of our community outreach efforts, Prince of Peace offers weekly English as a Second Language classes to immigrants and other non-native speakers.
Classes provide in-person instruction from September through May, on Tuesday & Friday mornings from 10am to 11:30am, and Tuesday & Thursday evenings from 7pm to 8:30pm. The program generally follows the Fairfax County Public School's calendar for major Holiday breaks and directions for school closures due to Inclement Weather. When available Childcare is provided free-of-charge. The only fee we collect is $45 per person for books.
In-person registration and assessments are scheduled for September and January.
The next Registration sessions are at Prince of Peace on Wednesday, September 11th, 2024. One in the morning, from 10am to Noon, and then in the evening from 7pm to 9pm.
