at the beautiful Massanetta Springs Conference Center!

Our theme is "The Word Speaks: Praying the Psalms." Connie Denninger and the Visual Faith® Team will lead us in meaningful ways to slow down and focus on prayer and Scripture, using the Psalms. There will be lots of time for discussion, hands-on practices, worship, rest, and having fun!

Accommodations
We have a wide variety of accommodations. Please look through all the options/details and select your preference for accommodations on the registration form.
- All prices for lodging on both Saturday & Sunday include: Three (3) meals on Saturday and breakfast Sunday morning. (Friday night dinner will be a potluck of finger foods... more information to come).
- We also have one-night-only options for those who aren't able to stay the whole weekend. These have LIMITED AVAILABILITY, and will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Arrive at 9am Saturday and stay overnight. (Includes Saturday Lunch & Dinner, and Sunday Breakfast)
- A Saturday-only option (pricing includes your choice of Lunch or Lunch & Dinner on Saturday).
- There are two buidings available for lodging, Hubler Lodge & Richardson Lodge
Hubler Lodge:
This is the main building and is the same building as the meeting rooms. Rooms have two queen beds, and one bathroom per room. Pricing is as follows:
Full weekend options:
- Double occupancy = $178
- There is one Family suite available, but can only be reserved by 3 related people (same family) = $378 total
Richardson Lodge:
In this building there are two twin beds in each room, and two adjoining rooms share one bathroom. Guests must walk/drive up to Hubler Lodge for meetings.
Full weekend options:
- Double occupancy = $142
- Single occupancy = $190
- There is one Family suite available, but can only be reserved by 3 related people (same family) = $368 total
Saturday only options:
- Lunch only = $50
- Lunch & Dinner = $65
The fine print...
If you would like to request a specific roommate, please do so on the registration form. If you have no preference, roommates will be randomly assigned.
If you request a Family Suite, please list the names of all three people in the suite. Per the venue, the three people must be in the same family.
If you have mobility needs, please note this on the registration form, and a leader will contact you.
All meetings will be in Hubler Lodge, which has an elevator to the second floor. Richardson Lodge and the Dining Hall are down a hill from Hubler, but we can arrange a ride down (and back up) the hill if notified ahead of time.
If you have any food allergies, please note them on the registration form.
PAYMENT
Please register and pay no later than April 5, 2024.
You may either bring/send a check to the POP Church Office, or you can pay online.
- Please make checks payable to "Prince of Peace", and write “2024 Women’s Retreat” in the memo section.
- To pay online, please go to the Church's payment portal and look for the special line item for the 2024 Women's Retreat and enter the required payment for your choice of accommodation.
