With hearts full of joy and anticipation, I am delighted to invite you and your loved ones to our cherished Annual Prince of Peace Christmas Concert.
This year's concert will be on Sunday evening, December 10th, at our new time 6pm, in our hallowed Church Sanctuary, as we come together to rejoice in the birth of our Savior.
This concert is more than a musical event; it is a spiritual journey that celebrates the miracle of Christ's birth and the fellowship of our church family. It is an opportunity to pause in the midst of the busy season, to reflect on the true meaning of Christmas, and to experience the warmth and love of our community. Please mark this special date on your calendars. It is a perfect occasion to invite friends, neighbors, and family members to join us in this celebration of faith, hope, and love.
This is a highlight of our church's Advent and Christmas celebrations, featuring the melodious voices and musical gifts of our various ensembles:
- Our Youth Choirs, including both the Primary and Junior Choirs, will lift their voices in songs of hope and joy. Their pure and heartfelt renditions of Christmas songs are a testament to the wonder and innocence of this holy season.
- The Chancel Choir, with their deeply moving and spiritually uplifting harmonies, will lead us in worship and reflection. Their selection of both traditional Christmas Anthems and hymns is a beautiful expression of our faith and the reason for the season.
- Our gifted Orchestra will accompany the choirs, weaving a celestial tapestry of music that glorifies God and fills our sanctuary with the spirit of Christmas. Their instrumental offerings are a profound reminder of the beauty and majesty of God's creation.
- Additionally, our Praise Team will share their musical praises, blending the joy of contemporary Christian music with the timeless message of Christmas. Their heartfelt worship is a modern expression of our age-old faith, bringing a fresh and vibrant energy to our gathering.
