Stewardship Ministry

Christian stewardship is the free and joyous activity of the child of God and God's family, the church, in managing ALL of life and life's resources for God's purposes.  Everything we are and have comes from God as the rightful Owner who entrusts it all to us to manage in a way that honors him and blesses others.

Christian stewardship is often thought of in terms of three "T's" --time, talent, and treasure.  How we manage our time, talent, and treasure are certainly important parts of Christian stewardship, but being a steward, or caretaker of God's resources includes much more.  There are at least four other "T's"
      --testimony--witnessing to the gift of faith
      --touch--caring for our relationships
      --tissue--taking care of and using our
bodies in a way that glorifies the Creator and;
      --trash--caring for God's creation.
