WE ARE CALLED AS STEWARDS TO BE ABOUT GOD’S MISSION WITH ALL THE RESOURCES GOD GIVES.
“This is good, and pleases God our Savior, Who wants all men to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth” (1 Timothy 2:3-4). |

As God’s stewards, our first assignment was given to us in Genesis 1:28: “God blessed them and said to them, ‘Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground.’ ” God delegated us as His representatives to rule the earth in His place. We have been given dominion over God’s creation. Because God has retained His ownership of all things, we are stewards who are responsible and accountable to God. God is the owner; we are the stewards or managers. |
