Debt Reduction

Prince of Peace currently carries a mortgage debt of $2.5 million on the children’s education wing and sanctuary renovations that were completed in 1999.  The loan is held by the Lutheran Church Extension Fund (LCEF).   

Reducing this debt would free up significant dollars to be used for other ministries.
